1. Digital Products: Due to the immediate access and nature of digital content (eBooks, protocols, and digital tools), all sales of digital products by QuantomixLab are final and non-refundable once the delivery is initiated. 2. Physical Products (If Applicable): For any physical goods, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is in its original, unopened packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Service Cancellation: Subscriptions or recurring services can be cancelled at any time; however, previous payments are non-refundable.
